The Fast-Tracking High Performance Teams breakfast sessions featured an introduction to Sociomapping and presentations by representatives of two of Australia’s leading organisations about their use of Sociomapping to enhance performance.

Rob Cass, Head of Business Transformation for Australia Post, shared the exciting digital innovation that is helping Australia Post respond to disruption in its market, and described how Sociomapping is being used to fast-track communication and team development in their Product Accelerator teams.
Mike Armour, Head of Learning and Leadership Development for Avant Mutual, presented how his organisation is developing its leaders and culture by introducing innovations such as Sociomapping, CLS360 (a 360° feedback tool), and Appreciative Inquiry to foster collaboration, communication, and engagement.
